We believe design has the ability to contribute to culture and create meaningful social impact. We actively seek projects where our work can support humanitarian causes, strengthen independent creative communities and contribute to the cultural life of Sydney and beyond.

This has included work with organisations such as World Vision, MusicNSW, TEDxSydney and Sydney Music, supporting everything from humanitarian aid and independent artists to the institutions and initiatives that shape our creative culture.

We seek opportunities where our skills can contribute to positive social and cultural outcomes, particularly across humanitarian, arts, music and cultural projects.

2. Services

We offer discounted studio rates to not-for-profit organisations, helping their budgets go further while giving them access to the same level of thinking, design and care as our commercial clients.

3. Wellbeing

We are committed to creating a workplace that supports the health and wellbeing of our team. This includes mental health leave, menstrual leave and personal wellbeing and fitness allowances.

4. Culture

We foster a safe, inclusive studio where people have space to learn, ask questions, develop their practice and grow without discrimination. We believe a healthy creative culture should support people as individuals as well as designers.
