Porsche Electrify Me

An immersive experience of light, sound and motion provided a glimpse into an electric future with Porsche at Electrify Me.

To mark its evolution into the electric era, Porsche wanted to create more than a product showcase at the 2023 Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix. In collaboration with event partner Team Event, Studio 3AM developed a multi-sensory brand experience centred on the Taycan, positioning electrification not as a departure from Porsche’s heritage, but as its natural evolution.

The experience began on arrival, with the exterior of the pavilion transformed by a monumental graphic installation that reinterpreted the Porsche logo as an abstract, refractive form, signalling a bold new chapter before guests stepped inside.

Inside, guests experienced a cinematic narrative through abstract 3D renders of refractive materials, futuristic surfaces and nostalgic early tech texture. A bespoke multi-sensory film combined live action, 2D animation, 3D motion graphics and surround sound, synchronised with lighting, lasers and atmospheric effects. At the heart of the venue, the Taycan became part of the narrative as animated forms emerged from and dissolved back into its silhouette, seamlessly connecting the physical vehicle with the film.

Electrify Me launched Porsche’s transition into the electric era. Every visual, spatial and atmospheric element reinforced the idea that while the technology had evolved, the spirit of Porsche remained unchanged, leaving guests with a compelling vision of the brand’s future.
